Walk in, and the home responds. Lighting shifts with the time of day, music moves with you room to room, and a single tap sets the scene for a movie. This Halifax home integrates Ketra tunable lighting, Lutron HomeWorks, Sonos audio, a Dolby Atmos theater, Araknis networking, motorized shading, and Luma AI security — all unified through Control4, and planned from the ground up before the first nail was driven.
