About the Project
Pacific House is a custom renovation in Halifax's North End where Wadden Electric managed the full electrical scope from service through to final fixture trim. As with our other architectural renovations, the lighting layout was treated as part of the design — not bolted onto it after the fact.
Throughout the home, LED linear light beams were used to articulate the architecture, with integrated stairwell lighting and Fluxwerx Portal pendants in the key gathering spaces. The result is a home where the lighting is something you feel before you notice the fixtures.
From dimmer placement and load planning to the final adjustments on every beam aim, the Wadden Electric team coordinated every electrical decision with the builder and design team to deliver a finished result that reads as one continuous design.
