About the Project
The Amesbury Gate House is a custom new build in The Parks of West Bedford, delivered in partnership with Nicolas and Devon Bezanson. Wadden Electric was brought in to manage the full electrical scope of the project from the earliest planning stages — sizing the service, laying out the panels and circuits, and coordinating with the builder on every prewire decision before drywall.
Lighting layout design was handled in-house as part of the same scope. By planning the lighting at the same time as the electrical rough-in, we were able to deliver an integrated result where switch placement, fixture spacing, and load planning all aligned with how the homeowners would actually live in the space.
The result is a home where the electrical work disappears — exactly as it should — leaving the architecture and the finishes to do the talking.
