The EV Charger Installation Process
Panel Assessment
We evaluate your electrical panel, available capacity, and breaker placement. No surprises, no overloads.
Load Calculation
We calculate the power needed and confirm your home can support 240V, 40-50A service safely.
Permit & Coordination
We pull permits with the municipality and coordinate inspection timing so nothing slows you down.
Installation & Testing
We run new circuits, mount the charger, test everything, and ensure your vehicle charges safely.
What's Included
Charger Selection
We recommend level 2 chargers suitable for residential use. Most deliver 7.2-11kW, charging an EV fully in 8-12 hours overnight.
Panel Upgrade (if needed)
If your panel is at capacity, we handle the upgrade efficiently and to code.
Trenching & Conduit
If your garage is far from the panel, we trench and run conduit to minimize visual impact.
Permits & Inspection
All electrical work is permitted and inspected by the municipality. We handle the coordination.
Pricing Transparency
Most Level 2 installations: $1,500 – $3,500
